Very Important Paysans

“VIP Very Important Paysans,” dedicated to agriculture and the people behind it, is aimed at everyone: city dwellers who want to better understand what they eat, as well as farmers looking for ways to respond to these expectations.

Blending current events, seasonality, and in-depth analysis, the program seeks to bridge the gap that still separates producers and consumers by offering a space for dialogue and reconciliation.

Each episode of “VIP Very Important Paysans” is structured around strong recurring segments — such as “What happened in our countryside this month?” or “What was it like before?” — putting the present and the future of agriculture into perspective, alongside field reports.

Hosted by Frédérique Courtadon, “VIP Very Important Paysans” is an engaged, lively, and civic-minded program that follows the rhythm of the seasons, aiming to reconnect those who produce food with those who consume it. 🌾
